This was a really easy summit to reach and felt more approachable than a lot of other nearby hikes I’ve tried. Compared with some competitors that are longer, steeper, or not as clearly marked, this one was straightforward and enjoyable. Great option if you want nice views without a huge effort.

The station was mostly clean and the trains looked fine, but there were a few areas that felt a bit messy, especially near the toilets and the busier spots. It’s kind of hard to describe, because it wasn’t dirty exactly, just not as tidy as I expected for the price. The staff seemed fine and there were bins around, but I think they could do with more regular cleaning on crowded days.

The views around Jungfrau are stunning, the snow, the mountains, and even the train ride up were really beautiful, clouds and all. I’m glad I went because the scenery is definitely special. That said, using jungfrau.ch made everything way easier for us. Every train connection was on time, the schedule was simple to follow, and we never felt lost or rushed. It took a lot of stress out of the day. If you’re heading up there, I’d definitely recommend using it and paying attention to the connection times.
